About Four-Axis CNC Milling Machine For Cone Ring Of Segmented Tyre Mold

YFM 1700 CNC milling machine designated for cone ring of segmented mold is a star patented equipment researched and developed by us. Having three CNC linear axes and one CNC revolving axis, the machine is especially suitable for the milling of cone ring. The angle of the chuck is fixed at 15 degrees, which improves equipment stiffness and precision. Controlled by CNC program it is able to finish coarse and fine processing of cone ring, realizing all dimensional processing by one time clamping of cone ring, such as milling, groove processing, drilling, tapping and contour milling. Due to adapting Taiwan LNC system the machine is featured by high precision and high speed machining with excellent performance.
